Rekgotsofetse Chikane is currently completing his Master’s in Management at the University of Witwatersrand School of Governance. He completed his Honours in Social Science specialising in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Cape Town, where he also completed his undergraduate studies. His current research interests pertain to youth in policy development and the potential use of de-colonial thought within the policy decision making process of state departments.
