John Mashala is pursuing a Masters of Management in the field of Public and Development Management with Wits School of Government. His research explores the role of organizational design in the improvement of quality and efficiency of service delivery in South Africa. John Paul has an Honours degree in Public Administration as well as Badmin degree in Public Administration from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
