2019 has been a year of change for PARI as researchers and management alike called for transparency and good governance within the organisation, in keeping with the values underpinning the work that the organisation produces. PARI is proud to have a new manual of human resources Policies and Procedures, including a comprehensive policy for sexual harassment.

PARI believes that each individual employed by the organisation has the right to be free from sexual harassment of any kind, and where employers and employees respect one another’s integrity and dignity, their privacy and right to equity in the workplace.
