Dr Gaynor Paradza and Murial Kwena, from PARI’s Land Governance programme, are attending the 19th annual International Academic Association on Planning Law and Property Rights (PLPR) at Cardiff University, Wales from 3-7 March 2025.
PLPR over the past 18 years, has developed into a leading global planning law and property rights forum. Our annual conferences and regional meetings attract leading scholars and practitioners, offering wonderful opportunities for mentoring for students and early career researchers.
