This webinar is to support discussion and debate about the potential for introducing incentives for whistleblowing in South Africa – to respond to public procurement corruption, tax fraud and similar potentially ‘high financial value’ forms of corruption. The discussion unpacks the concept of whistle-blower incentives, how potential risks associated with such schemes have been mitigated in various jurisdictions, and potential application in South Africa.
