Watch | Pillay: It’s difficult to prosecute state capture cases

Researcher for State Reform programme at the Public Affairs Research Institute Devi Pillay says many of the justice and crime fighting institutions in SA have themselves been victims of state capture. Pillay says this makes it difficult for them to prosecute based on the recommendations of the State Capture Commission.
