PARI research associate and Wits Politics lecturer, Thokozani Chilenga-Butao, has contributed a chapter to Election 2019: Change and Stability in South Africa’s Democracy, a new book published by Jacana Media and edited by Collette Schulz-Herzenberg and Roger Southall. The volume will be launched in Cape Town and Johannesburg in August 2019. Chilenga-Butao’s chapter is titled “Provincial Dynamics”.
