The COMPACT Collaboration Tool Train the Trainer workshop has come to an end after 3 jam-packed days. Participants learned how to use the tool to unpack challenges, to cultivate vision and hope, and to implement/adapt effectively given the complex and unique nature of collaboration. The workshop was facilitated with great success by Distillery . Thank you also to the municipalities of Newcastle Municipality and Blue Crane Route Municipality – EC102 that joined us, as well as our Compact – My Municipality partners South African Local Government Association (SALGA) and Integrity Action.
