PARI’s COMPACT programme is formally launching today, 16 February 2023, at Emperor’s Palace in Johannesburg, courtesy of the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) partners.
The following video shows COMPACT busy at the end of 2022 conducting action research in twelve partner municipalities in six provinces. This video shows the journey and introduces some of the people interviewed and engaged with over the two months.
