PARI is in good company as a nominee on OTT’s Think Tanks to Watch 2026 list.
The OTT Think Tanks to Watch 2026 is the second edition of a peer-recognition exercise based on nominations from think
tanks and sector professionals. It highlights organisations that, in the view of their peers, have implemented noteworthy
practices, innovations or impactful work.
This list is not a ranking; it is not a list of the “best” think tanks. We did not apply any technical performance, output or
impact assessment criteria. Inclusion is based exclusively on nominations from peers and members of the On Think Tanks
(OTT) community, rather than an independent evaluation. This choice reflects OTT’s ongoing reflection on the impact of
think tank rankings and the challenges of developing them.
